PCB board assembly common matters

1. After the initial soldering of the PCB board, it should be numbered immediately (the last two digits of the year + serial number). Use a marker to clearly write the reserved position on the front of the board. In order to prevent the mark from being lost during processing and cleaning, the same number should be written on another position of the board. For management convenience, this number should be kept permanently. The number management is the responsibility of the warehouse manager.

2. In order to avoid and minimize bumps and scratches on the surface of the components, during processing, transportation, and storage of the board, care should be taken to handle it lightly, and the one pcb should be separated from the other pcb or reverse (ie face to face or back to back) place.

3. In order to prevent the static effect, the operation that may contact the active device requires wearing gloves. If the site is indeed unconditional, safety measures must be taken to ensure the safety of the device.


4. After the PCB board passes the test (that is, it has been ready to go on the machine), the operator should be responsible for the whole pcb board, including:

(1) Cut off the pins that are too high, and pay attention to remove the metal residues on the clean board.

(2) The front flying line should be concealed as much as possible, and the back flying line should in principle take a shortcut; the solder joints and the longer flying line must be covered and fixed with glass glue, and the glue should be used as little as possible.

(3) Clear the redundant marks (such as the fault phenomenon records made during debugging must be cleared). Excess devices should be completely removed.

(4) The rear baffle color of the same device should be basically the same. Screws and washers should be complete and consistent. Check all kinds of screws and keep them tight.

(5) Clean the surface with a brush and pcb washing liquid, so that the pcb and the objects on the pcb are free of floating dust and obvious stains and dirt. If you use a cotton ball dip to remove dirt, you must also pay attention to remove the remaining cotton wool.

(6) The broken PCB board should not be used for new machines; but if it is slightly damaged, it can be carefully used for repairs under the premise of taking process measures and ensuring quality safety.

5. The processing principle of the PCB board of the repair device is the same as above.

6. Unless otherwise arranged, the above finishing work shall be borne by the operator responsible for PCB board testing and repair.
